This is your opportunity to join our multi-skilled Customer Service Advisors and make a difference to the people who live and work in Warrington. We’re committed to delivering a quality service and we are looking for a talented, customer-focused team player to join us.
The role
You’ll be involved in working with customers face-to-face in our reception, primarily working from our business to business desk.
Contact Warrington is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, and you will be required to work flexibly between these times.
This is a fixed term position to 31 March 2027.

The successful candidate will have:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- IT/keyboard skills
- Excellent customer service skills, with previous experience in a busy customer services environment, dealing directly with members of the public.
- The ability to provide a friendly, efficient service, at times under great pressure.
- The ability to converse with colleagues, residents and representatives from other organizations at all levels.
- Have due care and consideration in supporting vulnerable people from varying back grounds.

Further Information
The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
DBS clearance is required.
