This is an exciting opportunity to join Warrington Borough Council as part of our Employment Development Team.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Employment & Training Advisor Team Leader to lead on externally funded employment programmes.
Stepping beyond administrative tracking, this role requires an individual to drive high standards to meet various frameworks of delivery, i.e.: Fidelity and Supported Employment Models. Build on collaborative partnership, departmental interventions, and ensure every advisor is supported to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will work alongside a wider team and will need to be highly organised, hardworking, flexible and enjoy working in a busy environment.

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
