Foster4 is a pioneering, foster carer recruitment service. Operating as a highly successful collaborative hub based within Warrington Borough Council’s offices, we proudly recruit and support foster carers on behalf of nine Cheshire and Merseyside local authorities, including Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Chester, Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens, Warrington, and Wirral.

The Role

Based at Warrington Borough Council’s offices, you will join a pioneering collaborative project that recruits and supports foster carers on behalf of nine Cheshire and Merseyside Local Authorities, Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Chester, Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens, Warrington, and Wirral.

In this role, you will build, manage, and leverage our performance infrastructure. You will analyse marketing funnels, map regional demographics, and track applicant journeys to pinpoint exactly where we can find and support new foster families. Your insights will directly shape regional recruitment strategies.

You will design and maintain real-time performance dashboards tracking the end-to-end recruitment journey and deliver clear, actionable data stories and reports. Crucially, you will ensure all data collection, sharing, and storage align strictly with statutory frameworks and GDPR guidelines.

Applications are prioritised from current fostering service staff working within our nine Foster4 Local Authorities: Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Chester, Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens, Warrington, and Wirral.

Key Dates & Further Information

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.

DBS clearance is required.
