The HR Advisory Service has an excellent reputation for delivering a high-quality service both internally to Council services and externally to a customer base of over 50 schools, including a number of multi-academy Trusts.

The role

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking HR Business Partner to join our team. This is a pivotal role where you will work closely with senior leaders and managers across the organisation and our school leaders to support organisational change and ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services. 

We are looking to appoint to 2 x 2 year fixed term contracts. These roles are 37 hours per week, hybrid and flexible working available.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has significant experience in a HR advisory or business partnering role
  • Holds a CIPD qualification
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective
  • relationships at all levels
  • Is confident in managing change and navigating complex HR issues
  • Is committed to public service values and promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion

Key dates & further information

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.

DBS clearance is required.
