The role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Residential Care Worker to join our service as we continue to grow our internal residential provision in Warrington.
We are looking for an experienced, child focused individual who has a good understanding of the Ofsted Regulations to work as a team in the day to day running of on one of our children's homes is Warrington and ensure the services we provide to our children is outstanding.
You will work 37 hours a week Monday to Sunday on rota basis with the expectation of completing sleep in duties supporting the children and young people in within the service.
When established within the role we will support you to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Children's residential services

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
