About us
The Housing Standards & Assistance team is involved in the assessment and enforcement of housing conditions in all types of housing, as well as provision of grants and loans for disabled and vulnerable residents, principally via Disabled Facilities Grants.
The role
This particular role focusses on housing enforcement work, assessing housing conditions and taking enforcement action where necessary to achieve compliance.
What's needed?
The candidate must be a qualified Environmental Health Officer, preferably with housing enforcement experience.

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
